Shipping and Returns

Shipping

• We deliver your ELANORA order within 5 to 10 working days.

• Shipping cost is 65 EGP for Cairo and Giza, and 120 EGP for the rest of Egypt.

• Once your order is ready for delivery, the courier will contact you to confirm the time and location.

Return & Exchange

• You can inspect the product upon delivery before accepting it.

• If you receive the product and later find a problem, please contact us within 48 hours through:

  • Our social media platforms, or

  • Email: Info@elanorafemme.com

• We offer two options:

  1. Exchange: We’ll replace the item with a new one.

  2. Refund: You may return your order to the courier within 5 minutes, with shipping fees required.

  • Take a clear photo showing the problem.

  • Send it to us when you contact us.
